We accept returns only in the case of damaged products. Otherwise, at present, we do not provide any return or refund policies. However, we will issue a full replacement if the product is damaged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Since a quality check is performed on each product before it is packed and dispatched, no return/exchange is allowed except in cases where the customer receives a damaged product, the wrong product, or the wrong size (different from the size ordered).
- We will entertain such complaints only if reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and based on a 360° parcel opening video.
- The video must be unedited, uncut, and uninterrupted, starting from the beginning, clearly showing the address details on the parcel and highlighting the issue/defect under good lighting.
- Minor manufacturing defects, such as loose threads, do not make the product eligible for return or replacement.
- Slight color differences may occur due to photographic effects and will not be considered valid grounds for return/replacement.
In the case of a return/exchange, we do not provide a return pickup facility. Therefore, the parcel must be sent by the customer to our address.
Free replacement will be provided within 7 days if the product is delivered in a defective or damaged condition, or if it is different from the ordered item. Otherwise, no return or replacement is available.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds/Cancellations
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return or cancellation request. You’ll be informed if the refund or cancellation is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
